Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving as the Director of HaMesivta High School and Gan Academy Elementary School. These roles have allowed me to spearhead initiatives aimed at revolutionizing the education system. One of my proudest accomplishments has been the establishment of a scholarship endowment fund. This fund is specifically designed to raise teachers' salaries, recognizing and valuing their immense dedication and contribution to our students' growth. Additionally, it assists struggling families in affording the tuition fees, ensuring that every child has access to quality education.
